House prices continue their strong run in June
House prices across the country have risen for another month, stoked by record-low interest rates, strong demand and even tighter supply.
National house prices have risen by 13.5% over the past 12 months according to the latest data from CoreLogic.
Hobart continues to lead the way across the capital cities, with a rise of 3.0% last month. Sydney was the next best-performing market in the country, rising 2.6% over the same
period of time.
Once again, all capital city markets rose in value in June, with the overall property market up 1.9%.
